Martin is an accomplished and versatile business lawyer with extensive knowledge in corporate law and intellectual property matters. He is admitted to both the Quebec and Ontario Bars, making him well-equipped to navigate the legal frameworks of both provinces.

During his tenure as General Counsel of a dynamic startup, Martin played a critical role in the company’s journey towards becoming a publicly traded company culminating in a successful listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He provided valuable legal counsel to the executive team, supporting their strategic decision-making process and managed various legal initiatives.

Known for merging legal acumen with a deep understanding of business operations, Martin provides comprehensive and practical solutions to his clients. His strong communication skills, keen business acumen, and collaborative approach have enabled him to forge lasting and successful relationships with clients.

Martin’s commitment to professional growth is evident through his completion of the In-House Counsel Certification program offered by the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA) in collaboration with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

In addition to his legal career, Martin brings a wealth of real-world experience in diverse roles such as entrepreneur, music producer, remixer, international DJ, radio host, record label owner/manager, music publisher, and music distributor. He is a member of prominent professional associations, including the Society of Composers, Authors, and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and the Canadian Bar Association (CBA).
